1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
confectioners’ sugar, for thickening
7 tbsp sweet chocolate, grated
Beat egg white until stiff.
Add salt and enough confectioners’ sugar to spread easily.
Add chocolate and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Dipping the knife into milk will help with spreading this icing and give it a gloss.
