And here they are! »
#20: Wedding Cupcake Buttercream: I love that this recipe is so popular because this has been my go-to frosting recipe for cupcakes and cakes for years and years now!
#19: Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches: It’s kind of funny that this one is in the top 20 since I just whipped this one up one day for some friends that were visiting us. It’s great though!
#18: Homemade Enchilada Sauce: I can’t even buy the canned enchilada sauce anymore because it tastes like metal to me. This stuff is so much better!
#17: Bread and Butter Pickles: These will always be my favorite!!
#16: Cauliflower Tortillas: This recipe from The Slim Palate Cookbook continues to amaze me. I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower, but my whole family loved these! #15: Spinach Salad with Chicken, Avocado and Goat Cheese: Again, another recipe that I whipped up on the fly… and it has remained one of my favorite salad recipes ever. #14: Cilantro Chicken: I got this recipe from a barbecue that I went to on the beach in Massachusetts several summers ago. We make it all the time now- always a favorite! #13: Strawberry Cheesecake Cake: Pretty and delicious. #12: Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Manicotti: I have made this recipe about once a month for many years. We love it, and guests love it too! #11: Cauliflower Crust Hawaiian Pizza: I haven’t made this one for a while, but I really enjoy using cauliflower as a crust for pizza. I even tricked my son into thinking it was real pizza crust! #10: How to Pop Popcorn on the Stove: This is something we do often in our house, so it makes me happy to know that a lot of other people are trying it and enjoying it too! #9: Monster Cookies: This is totally an old classic, but it’s nice to know that others love these cookies too. #8: Iced Coffee: In the summer, this is a staple. It’s easy to make, and it’s so refreshing (and so much cheaper than buying it at a coffee shop!)
#7: How to Make Wedding Cupcakes: Many years ago, I baked cupcakes for a friend’s wedding. These were such a big hit at the wedding, and the recipe has been a huge hit with RecipeGirl readers ever since. #6: Kit Kat Cake: I made this fun cake when I announced that I would be writing my first book: The Recipe Girl Cookbook. It’s so easy to assemble, and it brings smiles to everyone’s faces when they see a Kit Kat Cake! #5: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies (2nd version): This continues to be one of my favorite dessert recipes ever (says the cookie dough addict!) #4: Easy Beef Enchiladas: I’ve always loved this recipe as a favorite, family-friendly dinner recipe. #3: Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake: This is my son’s favorite dessert of all time, and it’s one of my favorites too. So festive, and it’s always the talk of the party! #2: Cinnamon Roll Pancakes: We don’t make these often because they are so decadent, but they are a great “special occasion” breakfast! #1: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies (original version): What can I say? Everyone loves cookie dough! Have you made any of the favorites listed above? Or do you have another favorite recipe from RecipeGirl?
