6 oz beef tenderloin steak

3 cups chinese broccoli, or regular broccoli, cut into small pieces

3 large garlic cloves

3 Thai hot chilies, more or less, depending on tastes

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tsp light soy sauce

½ tsp dark sweet soy sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips, cut the broccoli, and grind the garlic and chili together.

Fry the garlic and chili for 1 minute, then add the sliced beef.

Fry it together for about 1 minute, then add the soy and oyster sauces.

Cook until thick and bubbly.

Add just a little water to make a rich sauce, then add the broccoli.

Fry it all up for about 1 minute.

Serve and enjoy.
