1 ½ lb. ground beef

2 eggs

¼ tsp. pepper

1 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. onion soup mix

8 oz. tomato sauce

1½ cup oatmeal

Topping Ingredients:

8 oz. tomato soup

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 cup sugar

2 tsp. prepared mustard

2 Tbsp. white vinegar

Mix the ground beef, eggs, tomato sauce, oatmeal, salt, pepper, and the onion soup mix.

In a casserole dish, bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

For topping, mix ingredients together well.

Bring to a boil in a saucepan.

Pour over the baked meatloaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
