3 avocados, ripe

1 cup pea greens, fresh

4 cups peas, frozen

3 cups vegetable stock

Boil stock then add peas and puree for 2 minutes until smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and slowly heat for 3 minutes.

Serve with avocados and pea sprouts.
