20 oz baby spinach

4 cups strawberries

¼ cup almonds, chopped or slivered

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp poppy seeds

1 tsp sesame seeds

¼ cup red wine vinegar

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup virgin olive oil, lite or extra

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp sugar

In pan heat butter and cook almonds for 2 minures.

Add to vinegar and oil, add poppy and sesame seeds, sugar and honey (mix well in bowl - you can make this a day before. In bowl place spinach and strawberries and mix up.

5 minutes before serving add vinegar mixture.

You can also add blueberries or raspberries.
