1 ⅓ lb ground chicken

1 tbsp chipotle powder, ground

3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp grill seasoning

½ yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced and seeded

1 green bell pepper, sliced and seeded

hot sauce

olive oil, extra virgin

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Combine chicken, chipotle powder, cilantro, hot sauce, and grill seasoning together in a bowl.

Divide the meat into 4 portions and form 4 large patties.

Drizzle the patties with olive oil and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until cooked through.

In a pan, heat a little bit of olive oil over medium heat. Then, stir-fry the bell peppers and onion together.

Place the vegetables on top of the patties. Serve these Spicy Chicken Patties on a piping hot bed of rice or sandwiched in between burger buns!
