1 lb ground sirloin
¼ cup red wine
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 egg white
Havarti Cheese, slices
buns, grilled until slightly toasty
lettuce
tomato
Dressing:
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt
white pepper
Mix all ingredients and shape into small patties.
Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
A few moments before the burger is done, place one slice of Havarti cheese on the burger to melt.
Mix ingredients above and season with salt and pepper to taste.
