1 ½ lb ground sirloin, or 85% lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs, Italian flavored
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp garlic, (in water or oil) minced
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 sliced mushrooms, medium jar
1 beef gravy, large jar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced garlic.
Add in the egg and breadcrumbs.
Use your hands to mix them together and form in a shape of a bread loaf.
Bake for 20 minutes in a medium-size roasting pan.
Using a butter knife, leave the meatloaf standing up and cut the meatloaf in slices.
Pour mushrooms and gravy over the meat.
Bake for another 30 minutes, until no pink is visible meatloaf is cooked well.
Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
