3 lb pot roast

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cups beef broth

1 onion, (large) chopped

1 garlic clove

1 tsp salt

¾ cup ketchup

4 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp dry mustard

½ tsp chili powder

Tabasco sauce, (3 drops)

¼ tsp paprika

Place the pot roast and beef broth in the crockpot.

Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce.

Cook on low for 8 hours until the meat falls apart.

Once cooked, remove the meat and leave the juice behind.

Shred the meat using two forks.

Drain the broth, leaving 1 ½ cups in the crockpot.

Return the beef to the crockpot.

In a bowl, mix the onion, garlic, salt, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, chili powder, tabasco sauce, and paprika. Mix well.

Pour the mixture over the beef.

Cook on high for another hour.

Serve the shredded beef on top of you desired bread slices and enjoy this delicious Shredded Beef Sandwiches!
