2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

½ tsp marjoram

2 lbs pork loin, cubed

Mix ingredients, marinate in a Ziploc bag for 6 hours or overnight.

Spear cubes on skewers.

Grill on high heat for approximately 3 minutes per side.

Serve and enjoy.
