2 lbs pinto beans
2 onions , in a little stock , sautéed
1 green pepper , in the same stock , sautéed
2 tomato sauce, unsalted
1 frozen corn
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
Prepare pinto beans as directed on package.
Sauté onions and green pepper in a little stock.
Add these to the beans, and then add tomato sauce, frozen corn, cumin, and chili powder.
Cook for several hours; until beans are tender.
This can be made in a crockpot.
