4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 garlic cloves, minced
7 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
⅔ tsp oregano
1 ½ tsp salt
¾ tsp pepper
2 tsp lemon zest
lemon slices, garnish
Using a mallet, pound the chicken breasts to ½-inch thick.
In a large zip-lock bag, mix the oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
Place the chicken in the Ziploc bag and fully coat the chicken with the mixture.
Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 5 hours.
Heat the grill and cook the chicken breasts for 3 minutes on each side.
