For Waffles:

1¼ cups buttermilk

1¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 egg

¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup cooking oil

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

For Scrambled Eggs:

4 eggs

2 tbsp heavy cream

Salt , to taste

Ground black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp vegetable oil

To Serve:

¼ cup honey and pancake syrup

1½ oz butter

Waffles:

Grease waffle maker with cooking spray and preheat.

Mix buttermilk, all-purpose flour, egg, granulated sugar, cooking oil, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until well incorporated.

Pour batter into your waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat. (This depends on the machine used)

Scrambled Eggs:

In a bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix.

Scramble egg mixture in a skillet on medium heat for roughly 3 minutes.

Serve eggs and waffles with honey and pancake syrup and butter.

You can use a ½ cup to pour the batter into the waffle maker if you don’t have a ladle. Feel free to throw in your desired add-ins such as cheese, chives, or tomatoes for the scrambled egg.
