3 apples, honey crisp

½ tsp cinnamon, for seasoning

1 ½ tsp granulated sugar, for seasoning

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.

Prepare the apples by cutting them into thin slices.

On a baking sheet, layer the thin slices and dust some cinnamon and granulated sugar on top.

Bake for an hour.

Flip them over and bake for another hour until the apples have dried and edge curled.

Place them in a cooling rack to cool.

Serve or store in a jar and enjoy a handful of Homemade Apple Chips you can snack on!
