½ cup milk
1 stick butter
⅓ cup cocoa
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup chunky peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
½ cup dry roasted peanuts, (optional)
Put milk, butter, vanilla and cocoa in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Quickly add peanut butter, oatmeal, coconut and peanuts.
Mix together thoroughly.
With teaspoon, portion out on waxed paper.
Let cool and harden.
