1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 head cabbage, medium, chopped
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper, to taste
Add olive oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and kielbasa, cooking for 10 minutes until the onion is soft and kielbasa is slightly browned on both sides.
Add cabbage and butter and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Enjoy!
