1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed light
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

cup
chopped walnuts
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Thoroughly cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg, milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 12 minutes until cookies are light in color.
Serve and enjoy.
