½ cup butter

32 oz peaches, (2 cans)

15 oz yellow cake mix

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

ice cream, optional

whipped cream, optional

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Use the butter to grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Set the stick of butter aside.

Pour the jar of peaches onto the baking dish.

Pour the cake mix directly over the peaches. Gently smush the cake mix against the peaches.

Sprinkle the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the top.

Thinly slice your butter and spread them on top.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the cake mix turns a golden color.

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
