4 pita breads, (about the size of a large bagel)

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup cheese, of choice (mozzarella or cheddar both work well)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, thinly diced

Spread ¼ of a cup of sauce and ¼ of a cup of cheese onto each pita bread.

Top with tomatoes and toast in a toaster oven until the cheese melts.

You can also use your oven at 350 degrees F for about 5 to 10 minutes.
