3 cups flour, sifted
3 cups sugar , sifted
8 oz. cream cheese , room temperature
¼ tsp salt, add to sifted flour
6 eggs, room temperature
1 ½ cups butter , room temperature
1 tsp almond flavoring
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
Mix cream cheese, butter, and flavorings, then add sugar,
Alternate adding 1 cup of flour and one egg until all have been added, blend well.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and cook cake for 1hour and 30 minutes or until done.
Test with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, then cake is done.
Allow cake to cook for about 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
