2 slices rye bread
¼ lb corn beef
2 slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup thousand Island dressing
3 tbsp sauerkraut
2 tbsp butter
Butter the rye bread slices and toast them on a skillet.
Once one side of the bread is toasted, flip it over and add the cheese to the toasted side.
Once the other side of the toast is toasted and the cheese has semi-melted, remove from the skillet.
Add the meat on top of the cheese.
Slather the thousand island dressing and top it off with the sauerkraut.
Add the remaining piece of toast to the top.
Cut the panini diagonally.
