2 slices sourdough bread
1 tbsp mayonnaise
½ cup arugula
½ cup tomatoes, sliced
4 oz Swiss cheese, cut into slices
Preheat the panini press for a few minutes.
Coat the outside of each slice of bread with olive oil.
Spread ½ a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the inside of each slice of bread.
Take the bottom piece of bread and place the cheese, arugula, and tomatoes on top.
Top it off with the other slice of bread and place the sandwich in the panini press.
Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the panini diagonally and serve warm. Indulge a simple yet Classic Tomato, Arugula, & Cheese Panini!
