1 ½ cup cucumbers, pared, seeded, and thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp white pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tbsp dill, chopped

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1 ½ cup yogurt , or sour cream

In a bowl, mix together the oil, salt, pepper, garlic, dill, and walnuts.

Place the cucumber slices in the mixture and marinate for 2 to 6 hours.

Then, dump the mixture in a blender and puree until smooth.

Mix in the cream when ready to serve.

Put 1 to 2 ice cubes in each bowl and ladle the soup.
