2 cups biscuit mix
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp orange peel, grated
½ cup milk, plus 2 tablespoons
¼ cup butter , or margarine, melted
⅓ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
½ tsp ground cinnamon
⅓ cup pecans, choppped
1 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, sugar, and orange peel.
Add in the milk and stir with a fork until a dough is formed.
Place dough into a lightly floured surface.
Shape the dough into a ball and knead until the dough becomes smooth.
Grab a rolling pin and roll the dough into an 18 x 10 inches rectangle
Brush the dough with melted butter.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and blueberries.
Spoon the mixture onto the dough.
Roll up the dough and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Put each piece cut side up into a greased muffin pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from muffin pans and serve warm.
